This special land is bound by fresh water streams and waterfalls on both sides . Located at 1270 mts. altitude in Kodaikanal mountain, Tamilnadu, India with a lovely weather (avg.18-25°c) with rich flora and wild fauna. Near to organic farms & Bodhi Zendo Meditation centre, Perumalmalai (10km).
This mountain has been the abode of siddhas like Bogar who built herbal alchemy temples. It is home to many organic farms, international schools, communities and a Zen meditation centre.
International Airports nearby: Madurai ~ 130km, Coimbatore ~ 160km, Tiruchirappalli ~ 200km, Kochi ~ 270km, Chennai ~ 500km, Bangalore ~ 470km.
Direct Night Sleeper Bus from Chennai, Bangalore, Pondicherry. Take taxi/jeep at Perumalamalai Bus stop.
Last 2 km is off-road adventerous terrain which can be traversed by 4×4 Jeep or by Motorbike or by Walk.

About – Ananda, Founder & Caretaker
Ananda is the founder and primary caretaker of Bodhi Vanam. He feels gifted to find this special land after long search. He has put all his heart, soul, savings and skills into buying, designing and developing this land & infrastructure.
Ananda is an inner gardener, yogi, meditator, healer and inner guide sharing life, wisdom, experiential retreats, trainings and individual sessions across Asia & Europe. He feels awareness & love are the master keys to living wholesome.
His sharing is based on 30 years of deep experiences and proficiency with Yoga, Tantra, Psychology, Inner Science, mother Nature, Ancient and Modern healing tools.
Ananda had professional life with Masters degree in Computers and worked as a Software Architect for 12 years in international companies. He left that profession long ago for simple living and heartful sharing.
Ananda invites people to live with essence of love and freedom inside and outside. He feels grateful to all the inspiring-guiding-nourishing teachers, masters, angels, siddhas, buddhas, energy fields & to the mystery of life itself !
